How much does it cost to style a retirement living property?
Our pricing is dependent on the property size in consideration of the number of living rooms and bedrooms.
Prices can vary from $190 per week for a studio apartment.
What type of styling services do Tree & Tribe offer?
Tree & Tribe specialise in styling display homes, retirement villages and short-stay ‘try before you buy’ experiences for seniors entering retirement village life.
Tree & Tribe can also assist your customers with services to downsize and declutter in preparation for their transition to village living.
Does Tree & Tribe maintain and service the furniture and styling items between uses?
Yes, Tree & Tribe’s inventory maintenance is how we distinguish ourselves. All furniture and accessories are refreshed, checked, cleaned, and maintained every 6 weeks. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and quality assurance.
What are your long term styling options?

How soon can you provide me with a quote?
Same day quotes can be provided off the plan. A member of the Tree & Tribe team will appraise the unit in person within three days. Please advise if you require an urgent quote so we can ensure your request is met promptly.
How quickly can you install a styling package?
Our team are dedicated to delivering our tailored styling packages within 7 working days, from enquiry to installation.

What is the minimum hire period?
Our minimum hire period is 6 weeks.
We specialise in long-term hires and will work with you on extending your hire period as required.

Do Tree & Tribe have insurance cover?
Tree & Tribe have public liability insurance of $20,000,000 and all of our furniture is insured.
Are your staff vaccinated for COVID-19?
In line with public health requirements, all Tree & Tribe staff are full vaccinated against COVID-19.
The safety and wellbeing of our client’s residents and community are of the utmost importance to us.
If the property sells before the 6 week minimum hire period, can I hire the package for a reduced period?
Minimum hire periods apply for our styled packages, however, please contact us should your property sell some time prior to the minimum hire period ending to discuss available options.
What locations do Tree & Tribe service?
Tree & Tribe’s deliver styling services in South Australia and Victoria.
Please advise the property location when enquiring so that any travel requirements are
considered within your quote.
